Terms of use
Using Morse Orbit
Morse Orbit is free to use for personal, educational and non-commercial purposes. No account is required. By using the site you agree to these terms.
Educational use only — not for emergencies
Morse Orbit is not an emergency communication service or certified signalling equipment. Do not rely on it to call for help. In an emergency, contact your local emergency number or use approved distress equipment.
Accuracy
The translator follows Recommendation ITU-R M.1677-1 and is tested, but no software is perfect. The audio-file and image decoders are experimental and can produce wrong results; always review their output.
Flashing and sound
The screen-flash tool produces flashing light. Do not use it if you or anyone nearby may be sensitive to flashing light. Keep audio at a comfortable volume, especially with headphones.
Your content
You are responsible for the messages you create and share. Messages and cards you make are yours. Don't use the site to create unlawful or harmful content.
Availability and changes
The site is provided “as is”. Features may change or be removed. These terms may be updated; the current version is always on this page.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Morse Orbit is not liable for loss or damage arising from use of the site or reliance on its output.
